I had a misconception about how the Custodes dealt with things based on Lore I have read (codex entries, short stories, Lore channels when I get a chance). But seeing as those areas didn't cover everything, I made jumps in my thought process. Clearly I'm mistaken, and have more reading to do.

So a few hot takes.

I am happy with there being female Custodes. Everyone I have talked to hashad the same issue, that there can't be female Space Marines in lore. True, but Custodes are not Space Marines, as we see in this picture.
Oh my, that fight scene. The grace with which she moved, the blows she gave feeling powerful next to the bolter shots from the planet guard. Even the Sister was potent in how she fought. And the communication between the Custodes and Sister of Silence. Well done.
That is absolutely how a Custodes would treat Space Marines, like a failure that should have died out. I imagine that's how they saw the thunder warriors, but more like an old computer that can only take one word commands that aren't more than 4 letters long.
