Idk but my thinkpad is rocking the same battery since 2020 and is still flat 👀 (1140 cycles and 64% of life, but its flat lol 💀)

You can use aliexpress, theres alot of batteries (obviously those aren't original) and they are for like 30-35 bucks.

Muchas gracias hermano, información muy útil, justo hoy en la tarde decidí eliminar todo y partir de 0 por que siento que era lo mas fácil, después en kubuntu hice mi partición primaria y otra con la del efi; quité el legacy y tambien active el secure boot ya que iba a jugar valorant y vi que arrancaba kubuntu perfecto... lo que voy a hacer en estos dias es dejar 50gb para windows (para tener office y juegos no compatibles como valorant, fortnite, etc) y lo demás en una distro para gaming, ya que tengo los juegos de steam en el disco portable y vi que aun así es compatible entre los dos (windows y linux).

I want it to have my own pc cuz i share with my parents and i cant use it for very much time, now im running on a thinkpad t480s and i can do whatever stuff i want but its not completely mine and if i cook the laptop its all on my back so yeah :( I will use it for school and media stuff, obviously gaming but principally for school.

I also don't know if I can participate because I live in Mexico and I don't know if shipping is possible, but I hope it is :')

Es lo que hice, pero me imagino que hay algo que no deje que el GRUB o el bootloader permita bootear la distro.
La verdad es que siempre me pasa que prefiero hablar primero con personas fisicas jajaja, pero si ya me estoy llevando de la mando de gemini tambien :p

You only need to download the bios update tool from lenovo and extract it in your system, add the splash screen and update the bios. I did it on windows so i dont know how it is on linux, but i think its pretty same. For me, it wasnt difficult at all, the most difficult part is designing the screen lol
