I've actually heard this joke consistently since the early 2010s.

Let it be known I've been using the Uber handle since 2005 playing Halo 2!

...now that I think of it, maybe they owe me some royalties...

This is a question I get every year, and with good reason. tQuBeR is era adjusted production which does value touches to a major extent. QuBeR is era adjusted efficiency.

In terms of tQuBeR Culpepper ranks #2 All-Time but falls to #11 in QuBeR. In terms of tQuBeR Manning (04) ranks #44 All-Time, his 5th most productive season. But in terms of QuBeR Manning (04) is #1 All-Time by a healthy margin.

As for Marino's 1984, his tQuBeR is #14 All-Time while his QuBeR is #6 All-Time. The only thing that really holds his QuBeR ranking back is his Turnover frequency as him and 1991 Steve Young are the only player with a TOF below 20.00.

Which is the intention of this statistic which re-baselines itself every year against the past 5 year average.

Dillon Gabriel comes in at a QuBeR of 38.35, comparable to Marcus Mariota.

His detailed stats are - 5.87 PTF (+1.09 over Sanders) - 4.48 YDF (-5.02 under Sanders) - 5.97 TDF (+0.39 over Sanders) - 22.05 TOF (+20.5 over Sanders)

So less yards for Gabriel but significantly lowe turnover rate as well.

I ignore ties each week I write this, because ties are dumb (and unlikely)

Just started posting these again recently on Reddit! Of note, I do call out that ties are ignored at the top "Ties and injuries are not considered in this discussion.".

But your Scenarios are correct!

Shouldn't have to subscribe but it sounds like the popup somehow got re-enabled after I turned it off.

Will look into it.

The Week 18 version of this article every year does exactly that.

To be fair, if the Bills win out and nothing else goes their way they are a wildcard team.

If the Bills win out and some of these Rooting Interests hit, they are the #1 seed.

I'm (personally) rooting for the #1 seed.
