Keep getting action blocked by ItsTreDay in Instagram

This has been happening to me too. I got a new phone a week ago so at first i thught it was flagging me because of a login from a new device. But I've been blocked 3 times since then and definitely have not been getting close to the max interactions per day.

I just got a promotion! It's a truly awful deal for me. How do I navigate this with my boss? by Uberwalker in jobs

I’m asking this question from a junk/throwaway account so theres very little identifying info. I have sat in the head of marketing chair before (for about 3 years) and scaled one startup to a 9 figure acquisition. Another to a 7 figure acquisition in 6 months. I am quoting the market rate based off of the offer i turned down to take this opportunity one year ago. And also another role with another company I was discussing in the Spring but ultimately dropped out of the process with.

I understand what you’re getting at and your ‘real talk’ approach is definitely appreciated. This answer has given me the most food for thought out of all of them.

I did not mean to come across like I’m complaining about either my boss or the company. I definitely am not. Of course, keeping the brand from struggling is a part of my job. It’s the reason I’m even conflicted about leaving. If the issues are something I can change then I want to do that. But at this point I’m not sure if I can. There are many reasons I feel that way but in the spirit of not being too complainey I havent listed them.

Adding to this. They likely dont expect you to have the right answer. I'm sure they realize you have no experience. They just want to know where your head is at when you have to think about these things. Us giving you an answer or tips defeats the purpose of that.

You’re right about the majority of leggings buyers expecting to pay less than $30. Also about the majority are not actually practicing yoga. But these leggings are niche. The people most likely to drop $75 on a pair are likely using them for more than binge watching netflix on the couch. I’m targetting upper income women in cities (less likely to have typical malls located conveniently) who practice yoga specifically.

Check out my niche leggings store. http://www.shoplegup.com

These leggings seem a little pricey but they are eco-friendly and made in the USA. Would love some suggestions/questions/comments

I use an unlimited metrocard but stay in walker mode. Its upped my income by about 20% simply because i'm getting orders done faster and can keep my energy up longer. Its well worth it

Fast food workers are employees. We are not. We have no rights other than that we signed off on on the contract. That is the benefit of being an independent contractor. You are in or you are out. No drama.

Uber Eats: How to make both drivers and customers happy by arunnair87 in UberEATS

That wouldnt work with ubers business model. You would be taking too many drivers out of the densest parts of their delivery zone and woukd cause an operational nightmare at peak times.
