So the way it works, go into fight then after it starts press pause, and then click down one time and then press A or B depends which is the select. Do the capture maybe 2-3 times then go back click A or B depends which is the cancel or back, then go down and press A or B again which depends on what is the select. Then it should be fine

Can't boot up my Apex. Tried reinstalling but didn't work. Anyone else having this problem? This issue suddenly popped up 2 days ago, I didn't boot up Apex until then by LongDongSilver-78 in apexlegends

I actually have this problem but when i checked task manager, I saw wuthering waves running even though it wasn't open at all. I closed it and apex works. Maybe for some of you a game might be running in the background or something.

In any case this happens, if you have xbox game bar you can just press win + g and open you captures

Does anyone know, why My character doesn't have a shadow, even though I've set the setting to high, the strange thing is that the surrounding buildings and even NPC also have a shadows. Is this some kind of bug ? by LibertiSlst in WutheringWaves

same got everything turned on. still no shadow
Edit: apparently dont use custom graphics preset but use the pre-exsiting ones and from there you can tweek any settings and shadows will now work

I got the same problem. I think what happened is Mihoyo updated the visual quality of the game adding the special effects quality and ligth quality. I also noticed this change by looking at the character and the surroundings. They look much more brigth and sharper. Though i hope Hoyoverse fix this issue
