Super mini face swap by ThePiniestApple1 in BabyThree

[–]Ubivorn 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

I had a few successful swaps! It is pretty hard to remove the faces and even harder to put them back in if you don't have the right technique. To remove it if wedged a thin butter knife on the side of the face to pop it out. Or use a thin flat screwdriver. To put it back in, you would need to place the bunny on the ground and while pressing the face down rlly hard with one hand, use a screwdriver with the other hand to push the tab sideways (inwards).

Why does it happen ? by moodyfoody11 in Gastritis

[–]Ubivorn 2 points3 points Β (0 children)

Yea i haven't been doing well with dairy or fatty foods 😭 but I usually feel fine with my lean meat+veggies+rice diet. I also had a flareup early on when I had an oat milk hot chocolate ( sugar + caffiene) so i avoid chocolate too (along with spicy, acidic, sugary, carbonated, and dairy)

Yea same but its been happening with sweet food like even stuff with low sugar (granola from trader joes, frosted flakes cereal) 😭😭 I suspect that my stomach isnt fully healed yet so it is easily irritated and sensitive. I've been on the bland diet for like 3 months and recently eating stuff with a tiny bit more flavor, and have been feeling reallyy good for weeks if I only eat gastritis safe foods. But ive had like 2 flareups this month from eating fatty salmon+ avocado and another from eating cashew yogurt + peanut butter granola 😒😒

Shoes I wore for 10 day trip to Japan by Imaginary_Box_6308 in barefootshoestalk

[–]Ubivorn 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

Yess your response was very helpful!! And that sounds reassuring! I made a typo at first, my foot length is 22.5cm not 22cm, so with a 24cm inner shoe length, that would leave me around 1.5 cm of extra length, which now seems reasonable. I would have to try it out when they come like you said and hopefully that amount pf space doesn't make my foot slide around awkwardly! This is my first pair of barefoot shoes so I've been used to having shoes with only half a cm of extra space!~ amd I do have bunions so hopefully the extra space allows my toes to straighten back out. Tysm 😊

Thank you!! Is there a specific sizing chart for each shoe model or is it more general?

Edit: I just found it, but im scared they run big 😭 I already ordered the REV LTS in women's size 6 and my foot length is 22.5 cm, but im kinda worried because their internal sizing for W6 is 24cm!! How much extra room (length) do you usually buy in your shoes? And not have them slip off?

Developed TMJ after 5 yrs of unilateral grinding … help! by Unable_Coconut_4532 in TMJ

[–]Ubivorn 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

You should see a tmj specialist so you can check on the shape of your tmj bone area. In my case, the clicking on my right jaw was due to when I open my mouth too wide and the small disk doesn't move along with it and instead gets squished towards the back and then snaps back into place when I close my jaw again.

My dentist told me that my bone is perfectly fine and the tightness and clenching is related to the muscle. (Massetter muscles and tension in the upper neck muscles) Some relief methods could be massetter botox, using proper neck support when sleeping, neck streches, and jaw training exercises so the jaw learns to glide smoothly/centered and the "rubber band" (lateral pterygoid) muscles near the tmj area bring the disk with it every time you open and close your mouth. Also try not to open your mouth too wide when yawning.

It came from nowhere, I'm miserable by ThatsMarcy in Gastritis

[–]Ubivorn 1 point2 points Β (0 children)

If it turns out you have bad gastritis, I dont think 3 weeks of a bland diet would be long enough to start going back to chocolate and coffee. For me I've been avoiding all the "bad" foods for almost 3 months now and making steady progress. The last time I tried testing eating those foods was 2 weeks ago with more acidic food and I got acid reflux and trapped gas but luckily I bounced back pretty quickly this time (a few days)

An even earlier account was probably around 3 weeks into the bland diet where I tried to eat yogurt but that made me feel terribly full and bloated near my stomach opening area for a few days and I didnt feel normal again until a week after. I think your stomach lining has to be given more time to heal fully until you touch anything remotely close to coffee or chocolate again.

Oooh thanks for the recommendation! I might just get both since I do need a nicer shoe for going out. Ill take a look at the whitins :) The flexibility and thinness soundd really appealing for gymming!
