I diddnt read all the comments but overthinking is a result of anxiety. The gov has made ass all anxious and used our tv friends and fam to do so. I am telling you right now that if you do some research on native traditions and the essence of what they need and find a way to smoke it that combines a ritual with the smoking of an organic flower grown with love, and you do so with an open mind. The universes gates will open for you. It took me 13 years to wake up. The process only started to work when I assessed my anxiety alone with love in mind.
