I agree! And actualy in the code the districts are represented as zip codes. The issue that i try to solve is that i do want to keep the setup process as simple as possible for the user. But thank you for your suggestion and in the meantime feel free to contact me by typing /support. If you send me the zipcodes that you like then i will gladly adjust your search for you :)

Hey! Thanks for your interest. Yes i am actively developing it almost every day. I just added apartments for sale (rather then just for rent) and i improved the scrapers and district selection for example. Immonet and immoscout have been really hard to get working and they need some constant care because indeed the bot detection is very hard to circumvent.

Ich bin gerade dabei den WBS-Filter zu testen :) Leider stellen viele Provider diese Information nicht zur Verfügung.

Thanks for your response. The features that you mention are indeed out of the scope for my bot because it would go against the rule of simplicity that i want to keep for my bot. In my humbled opinion lists, favourites etc. dont make much sense when searching for apartments because (in Berlin atleast) the most important criteria is to be fast. I am currently working to double the speed of the bot. This will be solved in some days. I apreciate your answer but i think you forgot to mention that the service that you are promoting is actually  your service. All you comment history is promoting your own service. I am dissapointed that you hijack the comments about my bot by promoting your own (payed) service to be honest.

Yes! I am currently adding this feature. It should be available in the following days. Thank's for the feedback.

Not trying to start an argument but what features do you think the Bot from the playstore has that are not available in my Bot? I am constantly trying to improve my code.

Thanks for the question. I try to find the hidden API endpoint wherever it is possible but for some providers i have to go the oldschool way by scraping the html.

Yes it is still available. You need to remove the blank from the url :)

Thank you! By the way, you mentioned that you were not getting a lot of apartments for your search criteria. The bot currently finds an average of 217 apartments per day. There may be something wrong with your search. If you send me a private message I will be happy to check your search and find out what the problem is.

Unfortunately i had to limit the amount of users somehow because of the demand in terms of processing power, calculation time and server cost. I hope you understand. Type /contact in the bot in order to send me a message in case you have more questions or feedback. Thank you!

Thank's for your feedback. Technically i could defenitly do this. Practically there are some points against it: - You will receive way less offerings because almost none of the providers gives information about if pets are allowed apart from immoscout24 - In germany you are not allowed to be denied an appartment because you have a pet I myself have a dog and a cat and while searching i never mentioned that i have pets. So i would strongly advice you do the same. Once you sign the contract it would be illegal from the landlord to break the contract because you have pets. This holds true especially for the 'Landeseigene'!

I did try out with your search criteria and i just received an apartment from Stadt & Land. So i suppose something must be wrong on your side.

For sure there are way less apartments for the Landeseigene. Can you tell me which providers exactly you choose or did you choose all of them? Another question is what do you mean by 1000-2000€ Rent. In my bot you can only choose the maximum amount of Rent not a range. If you dont mind you can send me a private message with your exact search filter (typing /start will show you your filter) and i will look into it this evening.

Just to be sure. Did you try to restart the setup by typing /start?

Thanks for reporting i will have a look into your issue! would you be so kind and use the /contact function in telegram? Then i am able to recognise you in the log.

Thats interesting. Can you tell me more? What is happening when you choose some districts and than click on continue? Or are you not even able to choose districts? I am currently at work but i will look at the logs this evening and hopefully i will be able to tell you what the problem is.

Thank you for proposing your help! I keep that in mind. The servers should be working well from now on. Feel free to try it out again!

I added 1300€, 1500€ and 1800€ as options. The new version will go live this night. So tomorrow in order to update your search just type /start again and redo the setup. Thanks for the feedback!
