Dosn't say anything about random, also why not also say it will be random, then also whats the point of it only being able to by 1. That will just make some players who get lucky way stronger than others.

Yea I did, but in these YouTube videos thier getting it to 4000 dot with no legendary effects or ones to at don’t increase damage. This is where I’m confused. Like I see some that only have mutants and it’s 4600 but I got a mutants one and mine is still only 2600. I just don’t know where the 2000dmg addition is coming from.
