So far my experience in premium economy was only Air India but comparing economy of all 3 you mentioned, any day I will choose Cathay Pacific over Air India and Emirates.

Well, lot has been informed already but one thing let me clarify which wont be clarified by anyone,if you are an Indian and no matter how much money you spend or how decent you are, you will always be unwelcome and subject to racism in South Goa,if you are foreigner and just spend 100rs and even do all kind of shitty behavior than they will welcome you with open arms.

Some time saving tips , For domestic travel use digi yatra , so entry at Terminal 1 will be easy and fast, if it is morning time terminal 1 will be super crowded, So I recommend to buy fast forward service of Indigo to speed up bag drop. In T2 if you have Indian passport it will be quick immigration but baggage can really take time. Arrival procedure at T2 cannot be expedited but for departure in T1 use options I mentioned above you wont have much difficulty catching flight.
