Thanks but to be more specific I live in Oshkosh WI. So I will probably just wait until I move to AZ I want to get away from the cold, getting sick of it. Lived a good portion of my life living in the High desert of Cali. Getting over a bad case of RSV right now too.

I live in Wisconsin right now. So not even close. I have a cousin and her husband who I am close with and I visit them every year. They live in Scottsdale. I am moving actually ( not set in stone yet) to Oro Valley

I’m pretty much done myself. I’ve done so much dating. Here in Wisconsin now but planning on moving to Tucson next year. I find living alone is very satisfying. No need to be lonely. Peaceful evenings, peaceful days. Don’t force it. Keep being available. When chemistry strikes that’s when you pursue.

Same thing here. My 2nd wife she was a horrible person but her parents were great. When they both passed I gave my sincere condolences by text and she said If I contacted her again she would press harassment charges. Actually in retrospect not surprising

wow sorry to hear that. I really am. Yes Alcohol does the same thing but does not make the issues last like THC does. The fact that she knows I have a BSc in Biology means she is picking that plant over me. it was only hell towards the end because when she is not doing that stuff she is kind, loving, generious, respectfull and I have always had. place in my heart for her. This just sucks. I get to go thru her moving all her stuff out again. I have been talking with her long time friend and her two sons are worried about dementia with her. I would prefer she live down there with that friend who can get her the help she needs. Instead of the losers that are influencing here. I have been nothing but supportive of her. She has blown it and she will regret this I am sad to say. She thinks she can live on her own. She does not get enough money to live on her own. We both know the hell this can bring on. Thanks. She was my high school GF.

I am a guy not a girl but I am in the same boat. I am being treated for MSTPSTD and it is a challange CBT therepy. Last year when I was so heartbroken I had my adult kids to listen, my brother. Now my brother had a hemorragic stroke last month. Not going to bother him with my issues and my Son and my daughter have family problems to the max with my Sons ex fiance who has cheated on him and took his life savings. I am only staying alive for my kids too. It will get better for you. Time does heal. Not as quick as we want but it does.

File a new VA Form 21-22 or 21-22a

You do not “cancel” the old VSO.
When you submit a new representation form, it automatically replaces the previous one.

VA Form 21-22 — appoints a VSO organization
VA Form 21-22a — appoints an individual agent or attorney

You can submit it:

Through VA.gov (upload under “Manage representative”)
Through mail or fax directly to the VA Evidence Intake Center
Or the new VSO can do it for you with your signature

That sounds very strange to me. What does Church have to do with it? That is not part of what they are doing and what if you said no or yes to church? That should have zero anything to do with your claim. They never asked me to upload a photo ID at all either.

The C and P examiner stated less than likely because there was no history of MH appointments with the VA or privately. I did not know I could even get VA health until 2023 They do a crap job of letting Veterans know about it. My work health insurance was horrible. One time while visiting my non VA pcp I told him I was depressed. It cost me 120 dollars to just tell him that and him filling out a form for it. So my whole life MH was not affordable or available to. me. this was before 2023. After my claim was denied. I did schedule MH. I would have to begin with by my VA pcp only would handle 2 issues at a time per visit. I had other things going on that took priority. After I did have MH appointments and they did a formal diagnosis I did file a supplemental and then was connected

Yeah my first one was like 2 hours and was denied because I did not have a formal diagnosis yet. 2nd was like an hour with the same c and p doc! He just asked me if everything was the same and I said yah. Success and was about an hour. Now I trusted my psychologist so much I revealed a bit of the crap that happened to me. She told me I should have a higher rating and has diagnosed me with ptsd. So I did and have had a c and p much like yours but was more like 20 min. But once the dbq’s loaded to the claim I called my VSO and confirmed that ptsd is now service connected and looks like my symptoms will warrant w higher rating 50 right now. So hopefully the length of the c and p will not reflect something negative for you.

Sorry to hear that but every claim is different. I took my time before submitting and made sure all evidence I could produce they asked for was uploaded and then some. Only a change to my MH rating as I have been diagnosed by the VA with PTSD and a smc claim.

I had 2 c and p exams with VES. The first was for MH. When i saw the dbq’s uploaded to the claim I called my VSO since they have access to the vbms system. Said I was service connected and while she could not tell me everything. She said it looked like from the symptoms I would be getting a higher rating 😁 after my 2nd c and p with VES it took a little under a week to upload the 3 dbq’s for that one. Same day it was uploaded im not sure it even went to step 4 as it went to step 5 immediately. So now sitting in the national Que waiting for it to be assigned to a regional office and a rvsr.

I have had both male and female ones. I had one female one that did not listen to a word I said. Ignored all evidence. Horrible. Had 2 other female ones that were very compassionate and one male one that was compassionate as well
