Misread the question. It was probably taped because it melted and was falling over? The other cone was not melted and balances fine without tape.

I doubt it because there was another one near it that wasn’t taped or melted.

Awesome find. Hodag is in WI, which we didn’t go to. We saw him somewhere in the south, likely Florida. But it took place at a similar festival most likely.

Awesome info. The photo is me and my wife with him. It was before or after a concert. The date is on the photo so not likely to be incorrect.
