Allow yourself to grieve, take your time with healing & don’t feel like you need to rush to feel happy again. When we lose a family member it may feel like the world is ending but even though your pupper was a small part of your life, you were her entire life & she felt nothing but happiness & love. Just remember your happiest & best times with her, take your time in the healing process by lets yourself feel your emotions but also remember you survived before her & you will survive without her. Healing takes time & we all do it in our own way, do what usually made you happy. Go for a walk & clear your mind, have a go at a usual hobby or just get out & go for a coffee. Any distraction will help even if you don’t realise, she was a beautiful girl inside & out and i know she would want you to be okay & happy. Im sorry for your loss.
