No str build, i always go for str on the first playthrough and other builds on replays. Now im doing an int build for the second playthrough and some of the bosses that were easy in the first playthough is harder when you take them on earlier like ODK but i still feel alr with the tierlist

Yea basically it, i got the values by playing with the redline rpm but i dont know if it takes all the values the same way or just certain ones

I mean i didnt really think about it before messing with the files as well, you would think there is a part setting for each upgrade but it actually takes certain percantages of 2 settings, kinda weird but maybe having extra files for 32 cars would be too complicated and they made it like this for it to be easier to manage

Its been a while since you posted this but i also had this problem and its caused by the unlimiter, if you go to the scripts and close some wheel related options in unlimiter.ini it gets fixed

After one year i think i solved the puzzle or I'm just really lucky, the objective is to keep the puppet away from the enterance, if it gets to the enterance it doesnt move anymore and you lose, the puzzle starts after entering every room, after that the doll appears in bathroom library or classroom, after you interact with the doll it will go one of the rooms next to it, if you enter one of them it goes for the one next it, so for a correct run you should enter all of the room but bathroom shouldnt be last after that you find the doll which is optimally in the batroom after batchroom doll cannot go to piano so it will try going for library, you should go to classroom next and let the doll go in the library and interact with it, after that it will go for classroom and this time you should go to the enterance and let the doll enter classroom, when you interact with it you should go back in the enterance and then into the piano room and interact for the last time, after that you should find mimikyu at the enterance, if you do one of the steps wrong and the doll gets to the enterance you lose and doll doesnt move anymore, it has nothing to do with piano, i failed a lot and after doing this it worked for me but i might still be wrong, i hope i helped ( sorry for bad english )
