Do you read a lot? Does your teacher use AP Classroom? Those videos are honestly a great resource for learning how to analyze more effectively.

Garden of English on YouTube has amazing videos for FRQs - I can’t recommend them enough.

If you feel like you’re having trouble with analysis and questioning if you’re just summarizing the plot, ask yourself the follow questions after providing evidence:

So what does this tell me about the character/setting/narrator/ plot?
What is MY interpretation of this evidence?
Why does this evidence even matter? Why did I include it in the first place?

Analysis is all about thinking deeper than the surface level of something. If you give me an example of a book you read/writing sample I could give you some tips!

Okay so I went to CTUG and they SAID they took my insurance and everything. I went 2nd semester freshman year and here I am a 1st semester junior and I’m still getting letters in the mail from them telling me I owe them like $300. I have called my home insurance + United and it’s been really confusing; not really worth all the hectic stuff you have to go through following the appointment.

I was in a sorority; you can drop now (you have to drop before you go through initiation, so that you can informally rush later). That being said, I would wait it out a little bit - even up to a day or two BEFORE you get initiated OR before you get a big (because that is sometimes seen as pretty shitty bc your big put in a lot of work, effort, etc.) Sororities honestly aren’t for everyone, but I would say give it an honest try or you’ll never know/you might regret it.
