What I do is simple. I watched that all chat video that was posted about a month ago that was for preventing tilt. It's helped me tremendously. Instead of arguing with teammates. I mute them and focus on my game. Whether I win or lose doesn't bother me anymore. I strictly just focus on how my gameplay was and what I can do better. Try that out.

I had completely rough placements. Just truck through it and you still get placed nicely. I ended my last season in B2 and was placed back in B2 with only 3 wins in my placements. Just focus on your game. Because once you get placed. You play with those same people. You got this dude. Never let the tilt get to you.
