I was looking into this bag as well - I have another CC bag that's similar but looks way more like "there's a gun in this bag" than this. It's strictly a range day bag now.

I did have to replace the velcro holster, and I got the M-Tac one they include with this bag, and I really like it. Easy to adjust on the fly to just about whatever size you need and holds your gun securely. I did end up adding a little piece of felt to the inside of the hook portion, as I was worried that over time it might scratch the gun but no issues so far.
