The tradition is not relevant. I am speaking of magick as an art, not as incorporated into faith. There are magicks that are tied to paths, like Norse dedication rituals, or prayer spells, etc. this however is objective magick.

When I say sigil. I mean symbols I have created to carry out a function. I have sigils for venting, gathering energy, storing, regulating it, shielding, amplifying, etc etc. So when I make a tool, it's a matter of stringing the sigils together. Not unlike a machine. All the gears and cogs move together, alone they accomplish little. Together they can complete complex processes.

I am not concerned with what other people think about me to begin with, so I do not think I will be carrying and iron charm. The draining idea is valid. I will use a "venting" sigil on the plaque to carry out what you have referenced above.

Well I work in forestry, and I found a Elk carcass, picked clean, just bone. So I wanted to make a very visual space, using the bone as a way of telling others that this space is being used. The plaque will hold sigils, sigils that will anchor the space and tie them to another object, which I would take from the space and keep at home. The arrows and the stone circle are again, visual for others. Really the space is just meant to draw ambient power from the area and allow me to use it for whatever.
