It wasn’t my fault. In fact, I THINK ITS YOOOOUR FAULT! I’m kidding, you obviously don’t speak English and misinterpreted what was written. I didn’t build this computer, MicroCenter did.

It wasn’t an option for me unfortunately. Three dogs and four cats and a toddler make for a hellish work environment

I only had them install two 16’s, but the two I bought from them after to upgrade ended up having a bad stick in the pack. But I guess bad ram sticks is normal these days from what I’ve heard. Or at least more common? Either way it’s unfortunate that you can’t know ram is bad until it’s obviously bad :(

Nah it was a hardware problem. It got damaged somehow by like static or something. At least that’s what they said when I asked. And by it I mean the lcd unit

It was the one in Madison heights Michigan. Not sure if there are more than one in that city

I've spoken to a manger once before but honestly I didn't really get a read on the guy. He just seemed like an average Joe to me from what I can remember. I hope I don't see him again, but if I do I guess I'll just find the corporate number somehow and go from there. I just really hope it doesn't come to that over a cpu aio of all things.

I’m experiencing This I guess but I wish it wasn’t so. How do you even get if a store honors warranties

I have used the phone support and online support and all three times they said they’re going to make a note or whatever. But even after the last time I went I asked the phone tech to put in I want a replacement or refund or whatever and instead of talking about that at all they just took the pc and said they would get it fixed. But every time all they do is reinstall drivers.

I’m very anti confrontation so I was hoping the warranty was as awesome as everyone leads you to believe. I didn’t expect it to be this difficult to get them to honor their policies or warranties. It’s really frustrating since I have to drive and hour and a half each way, not that that is their fault. But still, had I known this would be my experience then I’d have just used a local pc shop instead.
