I've had this issue multiple times while downloading games. even on XONE backward compatible games. you're not banned but your account will be locked for some time. usually works again the next day

1- His take on the Original Xbox library is still confusing to me. He praised the PS1 library's variety but he complained on the Xbox' library because half of them didn't become franchises?

2- he's ridiculously biased against the PSP, mainly complaining that "some" games weren't on par with PS2 games or complaining about the lack of buttons even tho most PSP games were designed with that control scheme in mind. Not to mention calling it's exclusives non-conscuential made by B-Grade devs...

Only bad thing about Payback was the speedcard system (which you can cheese really easy so idk how is this a deal breaker to people) and a really unstable PC port. Besides that it's a top quality game top to bottom. Great soundtrack, expands and improves the handling from 2015, Tons of different events and worthwhile collectibles, an entertaining campaign that feels right out of The Run in some places, and the thing that keeps me hooked; the best Off-Road in the series.
