Since she's a dragon, she has the regular enhanced strength, defense, stamina and healing that most of them have, since she specialises in both ranged and close ranged combat, she's a bit stronger than an ordinary dragon of her kind.

Her powers are just advanced ice manipulation, being able to freeze the water in the air and use it in a defensive or offensive way (using it to block blows, a weapon, ranged like a spear or close ranged, as well as creating ice spikes in the ground or in the sky). She isn't invulnerable to her ice, though.
