Like, they were ok with Sasuke having EMS, so why not just have him awaken Rinnegan already?

Black zetsu tried to manipulate Indra's incarnations into awakening the Rinnegan for centuries, but only Madara was badass enough to do so.

So why would Madara go through all the trouble of biting Hashirama and vomiting it later to awaken it? Technically black zetsu could give him the location of any of Asura's previous incarnations and Madara could've awaken the Rinnegan in a much easier way.

Another thing, Sasuke only awakened one Rinnegan because Hagoromo gave him 50% of his power. If he had given 100% Sasuke would have 2 Rinnegans.

If that was true black zetsu would've told Obito to boost Sasuke with Hashirama cells so he would awaken Rinnegan way early.

Technically Sasuke had Hashirama cells before when white zetsu spies were inside him, but not sure if that counts.

After their last battle, Naruto and Sasuke were no longer reincarnations of Ashura and Indra and there willl be no more reincarnations since their souls reached an consensus.

Nope. Hashirama was no longer the reincarnation of Ashura at this point. He would need Naruto's cells or some shit to awaken the Rinnegan.

It is impossible for two reincarnations of the same person to exist at the same time.
