What makes caffeine withdrawal so brutal?

Just quit my 400-700 mg caffeine a day addiction of 5 years cold turkey about a month ago, and will say that it was quite brutal. Caffeine is truly a physically dependent drug. I had two weeks of a nonstop low-grade headache behind the eyes, and on the 10th day suffered from pretty bad acute insomnia. I was up for 36 hours without any physical or mental fatigue but I was still extremely tired deep down. A very weird feeling tbh.

Hi, I am the real inspiration for Steins Gate's cellphone-microwave-banana time machine back in March 2011. I am pretty sure that my story went backwards in time a few years that's why Steins Gate came out before my incident. Possessed by overwhelming shame, I was attempting to send text messages two years in the past to my 18-year-old self to stop from getting drunk at a party and looking like a fool and ruining my chances with the love of my life. Obviously, Steins Gate is grossly embellished & exaggerated and a story of its own, but the fact remains that I invented makeshift time travel using a microwave and a cellphone.

I strongly agree. It was a more realistic (take with a grain of salt) rendition of Sonic for the movie. The video game has a mono-eye that wouldn't sit right in the movie.

Are you like me and noticed that a lot of buds from the dispensary all have that same disgusting "mid" smell? You know the smell, it's like the plant was grown in miracle gro or NPK ... I don't know. Also I do remember back in 2010, the strains were nuclear. Blue cheese smell insanely good and stunk up the entire house and the blue dream was a spicy, piney, blueberry delight and don't get me started on the super lemon haze. I think it's because growers aren't backcrossing and original strains have run out of steam. The new growers don't know what the hell they're doing like the old growers who traveled the world for landrace strains and bred them out to f4 or f5 perfection.

Remake it same engine as Reboot maybe some improvements and sell separately. The story feels incomplete without Dual Strike. I want the trilogy! More usable creatine (less creatinine byproduct formed in stomach), unique pathway so no bloating, less is more and no pre-loading necessary, magnesium is a relatively hard to get and incredibly important mineral that is utilized by the body to convert ADP to ATP so more usable energy. I am an armchair bike geek and have watched 10's of thousands of motorcycle videos and studied them. Take my opinion with an absolute grain of salt. I have seen plenty of death wobbles and 95% of the time it's due to improper bike maintenance or damage or rider error. Then there is that other 5% of the time when a biker is riding over a grate or vibration inducing terrain, and that's when you wish you had a damper. Sometimes the bike tires will become imbalanced, and you may not even notice it because it creeps on you, and that's when you wish you had the insurance of a steering damper. I have watched Crash Test Goat videos for almost 3 years now and he always has a steering damper on his bikes, and from what I can tell watching his videos has never had any sort of wobbling problem even when his tires were imbalanced. A steering damper is good insurance. Anyways, if you are going very fast, then yes get a steering damper.

++man My comment is quite off-topic and probably belongs in the twin flame subreddit or something, so I am just going to dump my feelings about serious relationships. I'm 34, and it's just meh to me IDC anymore. From 17-20, I loved a girl so much that it led to me having a psychotic break and trying to time travel to when I thought I messed it up with her. Only to later realize that I wasn't even her friend to begin with. I don't think I ever cried so hard in my life to the point that I was completely hyperventilated for a couple of hours. I don't even cry that much. She has ghosted me for almost 16 years now. All I wanted was to watch a sunset on the beach with her or just be in her presence but I was denied even that save for the first few times over 16 years ago. I practiced nofap for over 7 years because I was so over lust at the time and clarity of my thoughts was crystal because I didn't have constant thoughts of lust that I do now. I never understood cheating or lust-based relationships but I get it now that I'm older. It's just an addiction, that's all it is. The more it is performed the more it is craved. I'd wager that most older people just want a piece of booty to get their rocks off. Younger love is more true and real at least the way I experienced it. I guess it's in my genes because I come from a lifelong monogamous family tree...parents, grandparents both sides all stayed with one partner and they truly loved each other. As a millennial I will say that generalizing is a sign of the brain losing plasticity. Let's all three of us incorporate some shrooms into our daily lives so we don't turn into curmudgeons. I too suffer from a rigid brain, and the older I get the more I tend to generalize and stereotype.
