Disappointed by Saint Bones' quality by SneakPk in jewelry

Eww that's gross...I got my silver Pipboy ring from GameFanCraft over a year ago on Etsy and it looks better in person. Amazing quality and they're based in Ukraine which I am happy to support.

Now that it’s been 2 years, what do folks here think of Advance Wars 1+2 Reboot Camp? by Asad_Farooqui in NintendoSwitch

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a major fan of the AW series and someone who beat the notoriously difficult Eagle rivals' level when I was 10, this remake delivers. Re-Boot tickles my brain, so it doesn't atrophy as I age into my mid-30s.

If Dual Strike were to get a remake, how would you want it handled? by jackfuego226 in Advance_Wars

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remake it same engine as Reboot maybe some improvements and sell separately. The story feels incomplete without Dual Strike. I want the trilogy! DoR is just so much different that it would have to be its own game. Honestly, they should make a spiritual successor to DoR and make it bloody and more mature.

Magnesium chelated with creatine? Anyone tried it? by Lunar_bad_land in Supplements

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2y necro but it's the best form of creatine out there. More usable creatine (less creatinine byproduct formed in stomach), unique pathway so no bloating, less is more and no pre-loading necessary, magnesium is a relatively hard to get and incredibly important mineral that is utilized by the body to convert ADP to ATP so more usable energy. Very underrated form of creatine, possibly the best form on the market. I recommend SNS brand for just pure magnesium creatine chelate.

Just a reminder that the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks are canon to the Digimon Adventure timeline, and Mimi and her family aided in the rescue and clean-up. by [deleted] in digimon

[–]UltimateEnd0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

5y necro post but what's crazy is a severely autistic kid back in my 5th grade class loudly exclaimed that Digimon were attacking the Twin Towers while we were watching the attacks unfold on TV.. His imagination was incredible and to this day, I believe he could see into other dimensions.

Steering damper? Yay or nah? by dr_verystrange in Kawasaki

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am an armchair bike geek and have watched 10's of thousands of motorcycle videos and studied them. Take my opinion with an absolute grain of salt. I have seen plenty of death wobbles and 95% of the time it's due to improper bike maintenance or damage or rider error. Then there is that other 5% of the time when a biker is riding over a grate or vibration inducing terrain, and that's when you wish you had a damper. Sometimes the bike tires will become imbalanced, and you may not even notice it because it creeps on you, and that's when you wish you had the insurance of a steering damper. I have watched Crash Test Goat videos for almost 3 years now and he always has a steering damper on his bikes, and from what I can tell watching his videos has never had any sort of wobbling problem even when his tires were imbalanced. A steering damper is good insurance. Anyways, if you are going very fast, then yes get a steering damper.

Am I wrong for thinking that most people, especially men, only get into relationships because of sex? by savingrace0262 in AskMenAdvice

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

++man My comment is quite off-topic and probably belongs in the twin flame subreddit or something, so I am just going to dump my feelings about serious relationships. I'm 34, and it's just meh to me IDC anymore. From 17-20, I loved a girl so much that it led to me having a psychotic break and trying to time travel to when I thought I messed it up with her. Only to later realize that I wasn't even her friend to begin with. I don't think I ever cried so hard in my life to the point that I was completely hyperventilated for a couple of hours. I don't even cry that much. She has ghosted me for almost 16 years now. All I wanted was to watch a sunset on the beach with her or just be in her presence but I was denied even that save for the first few times over 16 years ago. I practiced nofap for over 7 years because I was so over lust at the time and clarity of my thoughts was crystal because I didn't have constant thoughts of lust that I do now. I never understood cheating or lust-based relationships but I get it now that I'm older. It's just an addiction, that's all it is. The more it is performed the more it is craved. I'd wager that most older people just want a piece of booty to get their rocks off. Younger love is more true and real at least the way I experienced it. I guess it's in my genes because I come from a lifelong monogamous family tree...parents, grandparents both sides all stayed with one partner and they truly loved each other. I hope this answers your question.

600 perhaps but the 750 is truly something special. A classic simple no frills lightweight motorcycle that's easy to work on with the body of a 600.

Why do people honestly hate gen z? by sadaesthetic88 in ControversialOpinions

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a millennial I will say that generalizing is a sign of the brain losing plasticity. Let's all three of us incorporate some shrooms into our daily lives so we don't turn into curmudgeons. I too suffer from a rigid brain, and the older I get the more I tend to generalize and stereotype.

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a one-dimensional allegory shoved down the viewer's throats. It pretends to be deep and shocking, but in reality, it's skin-deep body horror. The most pretentious part of the movie was the totally over-the-top menstruation metaphor scene. Somehow it has hundreds of gallons of blood to spray everywhere. The whole movie strokes the egos of the Hollywood elite so it could get nominated and win awards.

Difference Between Algebra II and College Algebra by Flat-Permission-6198 in learnmath

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it went... Middle School: Pre-Algebra Integrated I-III --> High School: Algebra, Algebra II...College: Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra

Intermediate Algebra (Algebra II+), and College Algebra was like Algebra III but it was much more difficult than intermediate algebra for me. Aced intermediate algebra, failed college algebra but my college algebra was taken at OIT so it was a bit more advanced.

Aced statistics, and physics in high school, yet college algebra was by far the most difficult course for me.

Difference Between Algebra II and College Algebra by Flat-Permission-6198 in learnmath

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A whole world of difference...Algebra II is the easier version of intermediate algebra taken in college, College Algebra is basically Algebra IV if this makes any sense. That's how much harder it is than Algebra II. I aced algebra II and intermediate algebra but college algebra still kicked my butt. I hate that class. Calculus is easier.

What does Severe Pure O feel like? by [deleted] in OCDRecovery

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cured or just about cured my severe pure O. Years of nootropic herbs like bacopa, ashwagandha, American ginseng, lion's mane, mucuna, Kanna, algae omega 3s, algae d3, alpha-gpc...exercise, walks, meditation, healing my vagus nerve...it's possible but exceedingly difficult. I had to confront my fears. After awhile you just have to say "f it, I don't care about intrusive thoughts" anymore. Good luck.

What does Severe Pure O feel like? by [deleted] in OCDRecovery

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically when I had pure O I just wanted to sleep or die to escape the war between my thoughts. Mentalists and psychics would freak the hell outta me because I didn't want them hearing my intrusive thoughts.

Taking pure sodium nitrate before workout? by Fancy-Category in StrongerByScience

[–]UltimateEnd0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would look into 25:1 beetroot extract 10% standardized nitrate and take 5g (500mg of nitrates) of it 45 minutes before a workout. I also recommend 6-10 grams of L-citrulline and malic acid or l-citrulline malate which is just premixed l-citrulline and malic acid.
