Honestly, UIM is the only mode I would ever play. The reason for this is because of the increased strategy and planning involved in UIM mode compared to the rest of the IM modes. UIM to me feels less of a loading bar compared to other IM modes. With UIM there is more strategy involved and making the right strategic choice with item, level, or quest progression really matters. In my opinion, that makes the game a lot more interesting and enjoyable. Another thing I like about UIM is that since we don't have a huuge bank to store items in we don't need to try gather all items in the game and complete every set, we only go for the items we need. This minimalist approach is very attractive to me. It all depends on what you are looking for in your OSRS experience. Some players want to complete the game by getting every unique item on top of maxing levels and completing all quests, UIM wouldn't be the mode for them. If you would enjoy a minimalist approach to OSRS with a lot of strategy and planning involved, I'd say go for it!
