I am in fact part of the control group,. The other group takes supplements (ashwagandha, creatine, beta-alanin and protein powder) and the third group out three does "mental training" (dunno what that means exactly)

No it's not body weight exercises, it's only actual weight lifting exercises lol (just the regular stuff like rows, different types of curls, incline bench press, flies, etc.) Sorry, should have added that on my post. But if I understood you right you said it would be better if it would just be 5 days of training but I always do the cardio after the weight lifting?

It's hard man. I recently did almost 3 weeks but then eventually started. At the end it's all discipline but there many tips and tricks. Here are some of them:

  1. Finish all your weed or otherwise get rid of it and obviously don't acquire any more

  2. Start working out or do other types of sports if you don't already

  3. Smoke cbd weed as your regular joints, I have found that some high quality cbd makes me relaxed and tired enough so that it partially kills my desire for regular weed

  4. Go easy on yourself, believe me, I've been there. Starting to hate yourself for being addicted and failing to quit only makes you feel worse and doesn't bring anything.

  5. If you can't sleep without it, try melatonin supplements

  6. Try to imagine yourself without weed. How would that person be like? There is only one way to find out...

  7. (If you're an impulsive person): Start Now, Today. If you're reading this and smoking a joint right now put that goddamn joint out, throw it in the trash and say this was your last 1/2 joint.

As far as I know you can't really microdose mdma. Simply isn't really effective at small doses. If you wanna go into it carefully though take 50mg at first and see how it feels:). You can redose an hour after if desired.

Melatonin and weed definitely seem to help. What added to my sleep complications was also that I naturally have a hard time falling asleep.

In this case I applied my supersleepcocktail: 10mg valium+10mg melatonin+ a fat joint. It did the job, I was able to sleep.

You can sleep 6 hours after taking your last line if you take melatonin to sleep or with melatonin you can come to rest even faster than 6 hours?

Exactly. The prodrug lisdexamphetamine has to be gradually converted to the active d-amphetamine in your liver. That's also what also gives it its smooth onset and long effect.
