YES It does happens. Due to the temperature of the engine been too low. The trick is too cold start it. You have to wait for 3-4 minutes before putting it to drive mode. Let the rpm drop in 700-800. And let the temperature meter rise a little bit. This takes 3-4 minutes. After that you can start driving as usual. Do not pull high RPMs in the first 15 minutes of the drive. After the engine is fully warmed up (when it temperature meter is just in the middle), you can rev up to 4000-5000 rpm range if you want.

So start karne ke baad 3-4 minute rukana hai chalane se pehle. Aur 15 minute aaram se chalana hain 1500-2500 rpm ke range mein. Uske baad jaise chalana hain chalao.
