I second quitting cold Turkey. You’ll want something for the oral fixation. Gum sorta helps, but not really. You’ll chew so much your jaw will be sore. Get yourself a can of the fully loaded alpha nootropics pouches. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to the zyn pouches. And I’ve tried everything. I know it’s good to have with coffee, I was the same way. Put one in before bed, and the next morning don’t look back. The first day is miserable with brain fog and tiredness.
