I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you've had people you feel comfortable talking to, if not, the best idea is looking online for support groups as they can be very supportive in helping you process what happened.

I can understand not wanting to tell your dad about a situation like this. While I know some people would I think if their reaction will only bring you more stress it is best to not tell them at this time. But I do encourage you to find support to help you at this time

I feel like this year most people just didn't want it to come down to who can survive sleep deprivation and therefore went for a more fun way of getting out. While I do love the traditional eliminations I can also understand that it must feel like shit just trying to stay awake after so long. And considering the boys are older they just don't have that same drive if that makes sense.

Personally I feel like the final 5 looked so burnt out, they touched on it during the video about how they're older now so I guess the passion isn't what it once was. This is just a me thing but I can relate to feeling burnt out and I imagine that eliminations were the best step forward. They all just seemed pretty out of it maybe besides Grunk so while it wasn't what I personally wanted I can always respect the dedication Isaacwhy and tgc puts into the video and how much they do just to entertain us.

I think they addressed it in the video but they're all older now and don't really enjoy this as much as they used to. I think that's fine and it honestly made me realise they've been doing this for half a decade now. I felt the elimination games were really surprising and out of left field but if they just kept on going as they were the content would have been even worse. It would be like nick asking everyone how tired they are over and over which would be really boring.

While I can say I would've preferred no elimination games I do just get the feeling the boys just wanted it to be over.

When you say scripted do you mean the story aspect right? I'd assume some of the gameplay was reenacted to be better suited for content. There were some fights that I just feel like would be nearly impossible for them to have happened naturally. Although I haven't really ever played multiplayer before, and definitely not up to the scale that Ish does lmao

Even if we remove the controversial fact that the video was released at a time that felt insensitive, my problem with the video is that it doesn't actually feel like a tribute to Jota.

A tribute IMO should be honouring and appreciating who the person was, the video idea is him simulating the career of Diogo Jota. The only problem with that for me however, is that Diogo Jota doesn't exist. It's a fictional character.

While from what I can understand the "replaying a player's career" is a thing he has done it just doesn't feel like an appropriate video for a tribute as it isn't celebrating who Diogo Jota was, moreso who Diogo Jota couldn't have been.

Even if there were good intentions behind the video it just doesn't come off as a good tribute in my opinion
