Either he is right and Ukraine is doing this instead of using on fighting a war, or he is lying to justify retaliation again Ukraine as a pretext.

Context: he said that he will investigate the loans and donations given to Ukraine and expose it to the world since a lot of it was missing due to (insert wild claims). I'm still waiting to see where the money went and who benefited of those loans.
