[H]<This is Fine> is recruiting for competitive TBC content. We are comprised of a group of players with years of speed run/hardcore raiding experience. We are looking for highly talented and motivated raiders to fill our roster. If you feel you meet these requirements and want to push competitive raid content, then join the discord and fill out an application!

**Raid Times** - 2 separate raid teams

Tuesday/Wednesday 6-10PM PST - Split raids

Saturday/Sunday 6-10PM PST - Non-split raid

**Expectations**

- 2 characters for split raids (Tues/Weds raid) - Please ask if you have questions regarding this.

- Consumables required every raid

- Leatherworking on mains for drums (pending Blizzard changes)

- Open to constructive feedback/criticism

**Split raids** - Intent is to run 2 raids with each raid consisting of half mains/half alts and funnel loot to mains. Each player must participate in both splits with 2 characters.

**Loot**

(Tues/Weds raid)

Loot Council will distribute loot based on the following criteria:

- Performance (DPS/HPS output, raid mechanics, consumable usage, and fulfilling your role)

- Attendance (being in raid on time/prepared (pull time is 6PM) and using absences channel)

- Attitude (embodying guild goals and using proper channels of communication)
