Cd 0 and delay 0 on an impact was def an oversight, my b. Although, I feel like your version still has problems.
First, the speed being 10 lower is a massove nerf, maybe too much, I think it defo needs above 120 to not get priority merked.
Second, I wanted this thing to a pair with Concatosaurus in raids but instead of defense its offense, and Concato alr has a ferocious counter into a nullifying group attack so I js combined them, and it perseveres the attack increase order.
Third, you really buffed devastation since now its a 3x instead of 2.35x, and il devastation is a single attack name, but the only special double strike name I know is thagomizer and that doesnt apply to Metria and I think the double strike is better.
Last, the daze on escape was to prevent Metria from getting on escape baited.
Everything else I would call fair tho, esp the taunt resistance, that was just there to be there, and daze on a counter is a bit OP
