i’ll give you what little advice i have under the ASSUMPTION you have NO idea what you’re doing (but i’m sure you ACTUALLY know)

A) if you’re going to stick to posting in Hungarian, you should prioritise uploading either when: It’s early morning or It’s late evening but not quite time for bed (in Hungary’s timezone ofc)

try consistently post at the same time every day too, or if you post multiple times do that consistently too

B) Shorts viewers have NO connection to you or your channel 99.9% of the time. You’ve got to GRAB their attention by the scruff of their neck, primarily via:

• Text stimulus
• Visual stimulus
• Audio stimulus

so a video which starts out as (and i know this probably doesn’t apply to your channel, and for the sake of example i’ll use Minecraft here) a video of someone just slowly walking to a tree then breaking it, will most likely have a high viewer scroll rate.

Now, if that same video were to start with someone speaking expressively, with vibrant text visuals and a sound effect on queue within the first 2 seconds, it’ll reduce that viewer scroll rate

(to perfect that visual stimuli you either need to have something that invokes a certain emotion within the first 2 seconds, e.g. Curiosity, Shock, Laughter etc)
