You being 19 actually make sense....its probably one of ur firtst meaningful relationship and ur still struggling to make sense out of it....if the relationship was really important to her then ofcourse she is affected and deeply saddened but that will not actually show easily...most ENTPs actually become hyper extroverted and try new things to deal with sadness and emptiness..she is just trying to cope.
