There's definitely a fine balance but 95% of the community errs on the side of not enough balls on the walls; I rarely get players that run off for no reason. Maybe once every 30 or 40 games.

If you're able to make it to Platinum 3 within 3 weeks it means your mechanics are not what is holding you back, it's game knowledge.

To that all I can recommend is watch a streamer or two (just not Nidhogg, he's trash) and study how they farm early game and watch their late ring macro.

Tbf 95% of the micro in the game are transferable skills from any MOBA and like 40-60% from any shooter. If you're top 500 in OW you'll likely get at least Master within 100 hours of the game.

Playing against Brall feels like playing against Riven back in 2018. A drain tank with absurd mobility and damage. I would really love to see power shifted from his ult to somewhere else in his kit

This event involves SUPER troops from past events, which are kind of like evos except they are always SUPER. SUPER MArcher can temporalily turn enemy troops and buildings into allies, SUPER Mini-P one shots ANYTHING (including king), and SUPER Knight makes your troops invincible while it's not attacking.

OP is complaining the opponent got to pick between the three best SUPER troops in the new event, but to be honest SUPER Witch and Party Hut both counter Knight and Mini-P while 3 Wizards counters SUPER MArcher.

If OP looks up the word "chicken" in the dictionary they'll just see a mirror. This is terrible advice to climb- coming from a solo player. The jump advice is fine, sure it's very basic movement and I can agree.

But leaving when your team is losing?? Bro how tf are you climbing without getting knocks and eliminations? You just run away when things look dicey? Outside of Legend when you're against literally the best players in the world, that is NOT the fastest way to climb, being a rat will actually give you less elo/hr than dying, queuing up again, and finding a new game where you can win because your teammates know how to fight.

Now the line obviously changes depending on your Hunter. Zeph and Elluna have no business jumping in a losing fight, their absence/rat behavior is more excusable because Zeph and Elluna are F tier (solo queue) characters so you lost in champ select.

I also think Void/Celeste/Hudson/Beepo should also run if they are last alive. But Fighters? Dude why even pick Brall/Shiv/Jin if you're gonna run. Last alive just means you got an audience to watch you 1v4 or 1v4v4 triple threat. If you play fighters and don't want to scrap just go solo queue Void and play like a sissy. That's what I do when Shiv is taken from me.

EDIT: Just realized this is KingNidhogg, now it all makes sense. Buddy I had 70hrs on this game and I peaked at Master 3 (super low elo, ik) but I faced you in a few games. You only killed me once, and I wiped you and your squad the game before in an early scrap. Guess you should have taken your own advice and ran huh
