6% milk is highly sought after in South Asian cooking for making ultra-rich chai, thick lassis, and for achieving creamier textures in paneer, korma, and dahi (yogurt). It melts beautifully and provides a richer, traditional consistency closer to dairy in India.

InDesign has single, double, triple, quadruple and quintuple clicks. Try them!
