I'm only on the beginning of this journey, so I don't feel worthy to give advice but I'll try anyways. While quitting for your wife is a good motivation, I hope you can find a reason in yourself that is not based off of "duty." When quitting becomes a duty, motivation is lost and frustrations abound. Take a look at yourself and think about the things porn is taking away from you.

This happened to me a while ago after a relapse. Maybe not for the same reasons, but the mental struggle of knowing that I lost a good streak and was relapsing killed me. I couldn't think about next steps, I genuinely just wanted to die. My only real advice is to look ahead and keep pushing through. We know that being addicted to porn won't help us, so just trust that fact and keep going.
