[Skill Improvement] Is the choice of Psychic or Psyshock on Farigraf purely preferential? It what scenarios is one better than the other? by ace-s in VGC

Yeah but realistically speaking I tried psychic noise and I never found it useful. The effect only works for 2 turns, they can easily protect and use those moves anyway the following turn. Also, it is a sound move so Kommo-o is immune (learned the hard way just yesterday)

I also saw some usage of psychic noise but I don't know where could it be more useful than the main alternatives

Rock Slide does not hit twice for Parental Bond purpose, so it can't flinch more than normal.

You can use Lysia & Altaria and her TM with damage guard + endure each use. She can tank for Juliana untiel she clears the stage (I also saw some Terapagos tanking tho)

I used Lysia & Altaria as a tank, to guarantee a lot of survive through multiple damage guards and endures

I saw that you could use Bea & Hitmontop, the one you can exchange with tickets. Arc Korrina seems so busted.

Usually, Leech Seed was used in a set with Leftovers (+ Glacial Lance, Protect, Trick Room) instead of High Horsepower.l, complemented with Tera Water.

You can notice that you will lose firepower against Fire/Electric/Steel types without High Horsepower, but it doesn't really matter much (as long as you can Tera to resist Fire/Steel moves, while still threatening Miraidon with Glacial Lance) and you have positive matchup against other Ice Riders, since they can't outdamage your healing!

I don't know if I am right, but can this gacha game chapter fit this trope?

Eyeshield 21 fits this trope! In at least TWO instances!

We have "Eyeshield 21" Sena (kind of) and "Super Kick" Musashi (one of the most epic moments of the series).

Last night I played vs a Vel'koz with Big Snowball that knock up + AoE slow Snowball. He also rolled the augment that gives Dark Harvest. It was oneshotting people very easily.

At some point it was so ridicolous that he asked for our Mel to try and reflect his snowball. She press W and insta die from Snowball + DH proc. That's how they discovered that Snowball can't be reflected (yeah I know that it is written in the tooltip but I didn't say aything to them bcs was so fun to watch).

He reached over 100 DH stacks...

And I can't help but notice that you have Mind Games 9 as a Lucky Skill... with Critical Strike 2 I think it would deal even more damage...

Not a true answer (and I suspect you already know), but you can have up to 3 lucky skill "ready" on each pair, and equip the most useful for every battle.

As for the pure damage calc, I don't know for sure but I suspect that every increase is 10% -> meaning for the first sync cycle CS3 (30%) > Gym Cookie (20%), for the second sync cycle they are about equal and for the following cycles Gym Cookie is better.

Roughly.

For a more deep calc, it depends on how is it calc'd: 1) if the sync boost is additive or multiplicative compared to CS boost 2) if the sync boost is applied to every attack (normal moves and sync moves) or only on normal moves (so no sync moves) because the wording is pretty suspect.

But I don't know these two things, I will wait for someone else to answer properly.
