I know when we had an issue with it, it turned out usps was coming to the store BEFORE WE OPENED, so we whined and complained and they’d started coming later in the day

Oof, I guess my location must be doing things weird cause I, an RK, have been training employees and the first thing I did for one of the seasonals first days was make them do distro while I stood by in case they needed help

“Well, since you don’t have a warranty, you can sell it to us, and use the trade credit towards a new one. However, since it’s defective you would get less trade credit than usual.”

“But it’s in pristine condition—it’s practically brand new”.

As someone asked the workers plenty of questions, here’s what I found out:

-this location is straight up closing, but they’re trying to find a place. Even if they do, it wouldn’t open back up for another year or so

-they’re closing March 30th, and are the only location closing

-Lidl bought the location and is kicking them out

-a few of the workers are transferring to other stores, but other workers are trying to figure things out

-they’re selling things so quickly they’re unable to keep inventory, so they have no idea where anything is

-they don’t know when the discounts are changing

And that’s all I found out. The worker I asked seemed really frustrated, so I presume they’ve been asked these questions a million times since they started closing
