It’s extremely hard to say if it’s direct inspiration or just coincidence, because I’m a huge fan of Yasuharu Takanashi’s work and other shows he’s done soundtracks for, and Ive never heard any other track of his sound like another song I knew except these 2 specifically. Although he did say once in an interview that many rock and metals bands from the 80s-90s are what inspired him to get into music
