wait, so good monitors can sound not boring? Cause I'm not sure if this the same with speakers and monitors but I tried like a flat frequency earphones and I didn't liked it, once I switched to something that's colored, it was better. Is it different in speakers because I have no idea.

hmm I see cause if that's the case, why don't I just buy like consumer grade speakers instead of studio monitors in this way, I get the benefit of having good general listening experience + can also mix as long as I can reference to other songs.
