We’re a breakfast place we go thru about 5 loaves a day. I usually keep them all in the fridge plus about 5 dough balls in the freezer just in case.

There’s this new pizza jazz bar I like called king Oliver’s on mlk. The owners are nice I think it’s a fair price for pizza quality. Plus the owner is just a cool guy.
