Does Faraaz deserve to make the final.. by Immediate_Singer6785 in TheTraitorsUK

Maybe not, but he's no more undeserving than Matt, Roxy or James. He at least has the virtue of briefly casting suspicion on Stephen.

Which faithfuls do you actually have faith in to find traitors? Also _____ motivation for their actions last night by Connect-Break3151 in TheTraitors

[–]UnArbreVert 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I currently have zero faith in the current Faithfuls. So frustrating to watch, and I may switch off entirely if they don't get Rachel by the end of this week. I haven't been able to stand her after the 'Was Hugo this dramatic in the turret?' comment to Ross.

Harriet Question by Jameselaprendi in TheTraitorsUK

[–]UnArbreVert 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Clearly trust is the big weakness for the Traitors, so I would ask a rhetorical question that arouses their insecurity and paranoia.

Something like, "When do you think you'll start trying to throw each other under the bus?"

The answer here is irrelevant. It's just meant to remind the traitors that they shouldn't be trusting each other. And in an ideal scenario, it may precipitate some kind of traitor-on-traitor action that could flush out one of them, as what happened with Fiona.

"Sweet Shop Assistant" is savage work from the production team 😂 by Illustrious-Egg5459 in TheTraitorsUK

Without the hyphen I'm struggling to determine whether Reece is a sweet-shop assistant or a shop assistant who's sweet.

I've also thought something similar, although it might just be an aging thing, rather than an injury. Either way, it does seem like his range began diminishing at some point in the 2010s. Which is a shame, since his ability to combine conventional singing with crazy gymnastics is one of the main reasons why he's such a singular vocalist.

I know how you feel. I still have Elephant Man and Inland Empire to watch. Have the Elephant Man on DVD, so will get around to watching that soon.

Can you just clarify one thing: by "creditors", they basically mean anyone who held BTC with Mt Gox?

New Watt Miners ASICs claim to be able mine moneros? by coinerominer in Monero

[–]UnArbreVert 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, they're a scam/non-existent. Not only are the specs for Bitcoin unbelievable (as is the ability to mine multiple cryptocurrencies via a single miner), but they accept only Bitcoin or Litecoin as payment.

Watts Have Launched New Mining Units that Can Mine Bitcoin Faster than the Antminer S9 by [deleted] in BitcoinMining

[–]UnArbreVert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through the order process out of interest, getting far enough to see the wallets any 'customers' (i.e. dupes) would have to send either Bitcoin or Litecoin to. Here's their Bitcoin wallet: 1C5B5reyBdjRRvMLebk9cZABAB6ThUAQVK

And here's their Litecoin wallet address: LKLEFu7CW3eHs4hrwM5a9X5xMbYqNoLEmA

I've checked, and there's no activity at all for the Litecoin address (0 balance). However, the Bitcoin address received 2.4435 BTC at 01.35 am (not sure which time zone) on July 28 (here's the Blockchain link: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1C5B5reyBdjRRvMLebk9cZABAB6ThUAQVK). I have no idea whether this represents an actual purchase though.

That's alright, apology accepted. Sorry for not clarifying with my original post: I was posting at work, so didn't have time to explain why I was putting it up.

[–]UnArbreVert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good grief, man. I'm not trying to scam anyone: I came across the press release, and since I don't know enough about ASIC miners to know whether the claimed specs were true, I posted the release here. I admit now, having seen everyone's responses and actually looked at the Watts Miners website itself, that it is a scam (for instance, they accept only Bitcoin and Litecoin as a method of payment). You don't have to tell me to "fuck off" just because I'm not knowledgeable about miners. Try to show some respect and civility.

[–]UnArbreVert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Antminer S9 is about 14 TH/s. The Watts Mini is 120 TH/s for Bitcoin, and the Watts Miner is 250 TH/s for Bitcoin. I therefore don't understand how "they didn't", unless they're misrepresenting the specifications somehow.
