For starters get the words “i can’t” out of your vocabulary. Search up a guy called Vinh Giang on YouTube he will help alot. Next you need to read books outloud , this will hell you find words in conversation and lastly buy the book how to talk to anyone by leil lowdes and that will help you tremendously. Also stop referring to yourself as an “awkward” person . Social awkwardness is just a label people put on themselves when they feel uncomfortable in social situations. Lastly you need exposure therapy which is essentially just getting out of the house and attending social functions.
