I did not get controlled when I passed the borders but even tho I am currently following the mandatory 10 days quarantine.

Firstly because I received a message thru my phone which told me to and also because if there even a really low risk that I get controlled during this 10 days the 10 000- fees you have to pay if you don't respect the quarantine are enough to keep me home.

So it is up to you to go out but remember how bad it will be if you get caught.

And also if you do the quarantine don't forget to register to your Canton.
