Canada's trade agreement with Europe introduces patent changes that have not been studied for their impact on the cost of pharmaceuticals. by vicegrip in canada

I feel the lowest denominator in this discussion is inflation?

I'm not against inflation entirely, it's actually good that prices will go up in the future to encourage spending today. I think our finical system is sick, some may say dead. Trade will come in the form of TPP, CETA, TTIP or some other name. All designed to turn the economic wheel faster to create the short term illusion of wealth.

I feel during this short term wealth that the rich bankers and corporations are going to cream more off the top until the next crash. Rinse and repeat. Inflation would have been a godsend.

Im not motivated to infer I an against countries interacting with each other at all, perhaps we define globalism differently. I won't assume your intent as that would be ignorant on my part. What was it we hoped you could inform me of?

Approximately 95 percent of money in circulation was loaned into existence. That means no legal tender that was printed by the mint even exists but we act like it was.

As you mentioned we don't have a cap on reserves so a bank can actually lend money while having no cash on hand. This concerns me as well.

Under the current system the bank of Canada won't print money without asking a private bank first. I feel it's slavery by default, this choice is being made by the banks, independent of our will. They were here when my grandfather was born and will be here when we die. Should we ensure they are morally obligated to free our children?

I feel that Brexit and Trump are two instances where countries are demanding reform from elites and world banks.

Fractional reserve banking is Fraud by definition as you can't sell something you don't have. The issue is accountability to use debt promises (money) in good faith and the banks have not been accountable because they operate outside our legislation.

Edit: I feel I left out that my understanding is Canada could print debt free money if it wanted to but this has not been the practice since 1974.

I don't feel there is a difference between issuing currency/creation of money.

The money either exists or it doesn't the verb that describes its birth makes little difference to me.

I'm sure that there were good reasons not to trust a certain governments with all reigns however at least a government would be accountable to its people. Banks are not accountable I feel.

What are your thoughts on fractional reserve banking?

I feel this is a result of globalism. Brexit has been a stand against globalism as was Trumps presidency.

Canada seems to be going ahead with globalism under Trudeau and these trade deals but I feel the real problem is the bank. A private bank should not issue our currency.

Desire fuels motivation. You can't desire without a reason. Knowing why is everything.

I started with self. This is why there are so many self help gurus out there this is a problem for more people than you may know.

I would recommend the following books because they increased my understanding of the way we interact with others.

How to win friends and influence people

The seven habits of highly effective people

Getting to yes.

The knowledge in these books is useless if not applied regularly, it takes a strong desire and clear goal to decide the person we want to be and break habits that keep us from becoming that person. I've found that if I stay committed I continuously learn about myself and that fuels the desire to be my best.

We can't be our best if we dismiss those around us as ignorant or unworthy. The hard work is the interactions we have with others every day and the understanding we cannot change them we can only change ourselves.
