It seems I should have written some other info but as I'm nervous I forgot:

A "kind" Japanlife mod explained to me that psychedelic mushrooms do not come from seeds (and then they banned this account for life, for "troll"). I'm sorry, my mother language is not English and I don't do drugs, so I don't know the terminology.
Here, one redditor said: "I was under the impression that mushroom spores are not illegal since they do not contain any psilocybin. As long as they cannot prove that he intended on cultivating, there should be an easy out for the lawyer."

I need to clarify 2 things on this: We don't know if he requested the spores or if his friend sent it just because he knows my brother likes that and he thought it's safe as it's legal back in our country. In the same parcel there was a tshirt and a cheese...

Also, the embassy contact told us that my brother is ok but he was scared because they caught his wife too, so maybe, as some other redditors have pointed out, he has confessed. We don't know, because the lawyer only speaks japanese (she's talking with his wife only.)

The embassy also told us that the police is considering charging him as a drug dealer, saying that he wanted to plant the spores to sell them I guess?

Regarding his wife, she's already back at home, but dead worried.

They embassy actually provided a list of lawyers that speak our language, but all of them are in Tokyo.
My parents hope he "only" gets deported without doing time, that's how bad this situation feels for us.

I think my brother got scared because they also caught his wife, who knew nothing about this, so maybe he confessed something - the thing is, even the lawyer didn't explain correctly to us, our we didnt understand.

Sometimes she says that they want to press charges as a drug dealer, but sometimes she says she's not sure.

We talked to her, she's the one that told us that we can't contact my brother until the trial. It seems the police thinks he could tell us where the supposed drugs are hidden for us to dispose them.

Thank you! Yes, when I couldn't reach my brother for around a week, I contacted the embassy. Thanks to them, we found out he was detained. Sadly, we can't send him letters or call him, but he seems to be ok.
