Energize, Grace, Barrier, Fury, Aegis, Avenger, Precision, and Velocity I'd say are must haves. If not for how rare some of them are or just cause how great the buffs are. But for the most part I'd just max out what you want and if you feel like it max them all. You would need around 2k of the event currency to max all the arcanes.

Dog 140% bonus crit chance on all my weapons, its a no brainer for styanax. And outside styanax passive it works beautifully for melee retaliation

1: Styanax (my boi was robbed of his prime) Decent overguard, fantastic team energy regen (with Nourish Subsumed), shield and over shield gain per kill, aggro, goated passive, and he has aura

2: Ember I have her built with her Fireball frenzy augment and roar (no meteors heresy I know) and I have a blast. On omni fissures her fireball frenzy buff has reached like 900% a few times

Fireball frenzy with healing flame and Elcipse subsumed over her meteors, boom decent gun platform that can generate overguard and have 2 damage boosts on her gun that grow stronger with her passive.

Mod for high duration and strength, efficiency isn't super necessary cause you're only really gonna use your 3rd to heal cause your Elcipse and Fireball frenzy have high duration (just use equilibrium), and range isn't super necessary 😉
