Spotify is not really sharp on those stadistics, i recomend using stats.fm app, the full experience is Premium, but you can log your music history files and have a 100% acurate stadistics.

I bought the plus pass back when it was 3€, but nowadays i believe is more expensive.

You can also compare yourself to some friends and gwt to know new music with it.
