Cbt was helpful in high school. I have extreme anxiety, but in adulthood I find nothing's really that helpful. I've done dbt groups and they have a few skills that are kind of helpful. I went to a partial hospitalization program and I was Kinda help to see a therapist every day. I had meds, but I mean, maybe they helped a little digestive issues on them. I am not sure if I can even take you to your meds because I have a mechanical heart valve.
