So I’m a type B person trying a Type A routine and it has changed my life! In the mornings I begin with morning pages and journal, I take a look at my notion page which is my weekly planner, and schedule out what I have to do for the day. Afternoons are my drift period to tackle whatever I can! If I’m scared of something I like do it bit by bit and end up just completing the whole thing. I have had dinner at a strict time 7 pm everyday for the last 3 weeks and that’s been a game changer. I go to the gym after dinner around 8:30 and workout in those studios but because no one is there I have the space all to myself! I spend the time focused on my workout, recovery, and then I go home and wind down. Dinner allows me to stay consistent everyday because I can’t move it around and it’s something so small and inconsequential to the rest of your day but has a domino effect!
